When you send an inquiry

The contact form asks for your name, email address, business name, current website (if any), the service you’re interested in, your budget and timing, and the details of your request. When you submit the form, those details are processed by FormSubmit to deliver the inquiry by email to Consult & Code at consultandcode@gmail.com. FormSubmit states that it retains submissions for 30 days. See FormSubmit’s privacy information.

Please don’t include passwords, financial account details, or other sensitive information in the form.
